For fixed non-loadbearing partitions up to 2.4m tall, we use 10mm fully tempered glass minimum. For floor-to-ceiling partitions above 3 meters, we upgrade to 12mm to 15mm tempered or laminated glass. All thicknesses are specified based on panel height, width, and lateral load requirements.

Yes. We use top-track and bottom-channel systems that clamp to the floor and ceiling using adjustable rubber pads with no drilling into the slab required. When the tenancy ends, the system can be fully removed with no structural damage.

Single-pane 10mm tempered glass achieves approximately 32 to 36 dB sound reduction, adequate for visual privacy but conversations are still partially audible. For genuine acoustic privacy, we use 12mm plus 12mm double-glazed units or 10.4mm acoustic laminated glass achieving 40 to 46 dB.

For non-structural interior partitions in an existing commercial space, a building permit is generally not required in the Philippines, but this varies by building management and local government unit. For structural glass elements or changes affecting fire egress, a permit is typically required.
