Do you fix doors that are dragging on the floor?
We only install and service our own engineered door systems. Doors dragging on the floor usually indicate undersized hardware or failing hinges installed by budget contractors.
What happens if the glass door breaks?
We strictly mandate the use of Fully Tempered Glass for all doors. In the rare event of severe impact, tempered glass shatters into harmless, pebble-like chunks instead of lethal, jagged shards.
Can you make floor-to-ceiling frameless doors?
Yes. However, oversized panels require thicker 12mm glass to prevent bowing, and heavily upgraded Dorma floor hinges to safely carry the massive weight load of the tall glass.
How long does installation take?
Actual installation is fast (usually 1-2 days). The waiting period is in the fabrication and tempering process. Once we take final measurements, glass tempering takes approximately 7-10 working days before we arrive to install.
