Why "Builder-Grade" Materials Always Fail.

Many contractors maximize their profits by substituting 1.2mm architectural aluminum with paper-thin 0.8mm commercial profiles. These thin frames bend under pressure, causing windows to rattle uncontrollably and locks to misalign.

Worse, using standard annealed glass in high-traffic doors or shower enclosures is a lethal liability. We mandate strict material minimums across all our projects. If the hardware isn't stainless steel, or the aluminum isn't heavy-gauge, it doesn't belong in your home.

  • We utilize Series 38, 798, and 900 heavy-duty aluminum extrusions.
  • We exclusively use Dorma or VVP commercial floor hinges.
  • Tempered safety glass is strictly enforced for all doors and bathrooms.
  • No cheap alloy rollers. We use stainless steel tandem tracks.

Material Guides & Comparisons

The Outcome of Superior Materials.

When you engineer a system using uncompromising materials, the results are permanent and undeniable.

01

Absolute Structural Integrity.

1.5mm aluminum extrusions do not buckle under wind pressure or warp over time. Your windows and doors will remain exactly as perfectly aligned as the day they were installed.

02

Superior Acoustic Insulation.

Heavy gauge materials combined with thick 10mm glass drastically reduce noise transfer, blocking out street traffic and barking dogs.

03

Complete Moisture Resistance.

By mandating stainless steel hardware and premium structural silicone, your systems will completely ignore the tropical moisture that destroys cheaper installations.

Engineered for Intense UV and Salt Air.

The Philippine climate is merciless. Cheap UPVC profiles will rapidly yellow, turn brittle, and warp under our intense UV exposure. Low-grade powder coatings on aluminum will blister and peel.

We specify highly durable anodized finishes and premium architectural powder coatings specifically designed to resist UV degradation and coastal salt air. This ensures your window frames look immaculate decades after they are installed.

Questions Clients Ask Us.

Straightforward answers about our material selections.

Is UPVC better than Aluminum in the Philippines?

+

We prefer heavy-duty aluminum. While UPVC offers great insulation, cheaper UPVC profiles common in the market will yellow, turn brittle, and warp under the extreme UV rays of the Philippine sun. Powder-coated aluminum provides superior structural strength and longevity.

Why is Tempered Glass mandatory for doors?

+

It is a strict safety requirement. Standard annealed glass breaks into massive, jagged shards that can cause lethal injuries. Fully tempered glass is up to 5x stronger, and if broken, shatters into harmless, blunt pebbles.

What is the difference between Series 38 and Series 798?

+

These refer to the specific extrusion profiles of the aluminum. Series 38 is typically a standard casement/awning profile. Series 798 and 900 are heavy-duty sliding profiles engineered to handle larger, heavier glass panels without flexing.
